Math is important in our lives due to its usefulness through application. Although manytimes it is challenging and does not seem entertaining, it can be applied to nearly every portion of our life. To understand math is to understand the intricacies that tie things together by numbers-- and there are plenty of those as everything has a numeric value in some way, and anything that does not can be placed into categories which can then be subsidized using mathematics. Once understood, principles in math can help us anywhere from our everyday mental math addition and subtraction, to leaving a proper tip for a waiter, to constructing a building or being used in quantum physics. Math is everywhere, thus it is important in our life.

The bad worker was in our farm
In 2000 happened some things strange in my family's life? There was a farm near my home and my father interested of the farm so, he brought African guy to work in our farm. Everything was fine and this guy was doing very well, but one day my aunt saw the African guy was collecting the branches of palm tree to three groups. My aunt was surprised of this and she called my father to tell him what happened, but my father was travelling to another city. There were many things happened and got my family afraid.
The African guy did not have identification and he had had three days’ work in our farm. When my father came back and my aunt told him about this guy he said do not worry I will see what I can do. Then my father talked with him and my father said thanks for all things you did in my farm, but now I do not need you more, tell how much do you want that guy said I want 100 for every day. My father gave him all money he wanted, but the problem was! He did not go. The next day my father saw him in the farm and my father asked him, what did you do here? Then he said I am working. He was lire and my father got mad and drove him out of our farm. The guy was angry and he saw to me and said "ok wait me soon”. After two days he came at night to the first bunch of palm and he burnt it. We were in mosque then we heard the women cried and my brother ran fast and he extinguish in another day the guy did the same thing in the other bunch of palm tree. My big brother was angry and he said I will go to kill him then he went to find him that guy was lucky because my brother did not find him that day the next day my brother called a police and the police caught him in small room in other farm. The police took him away to prevent my brother to kill him and the police put him in the jail for five days. After that the government sent him to his country that does not a good solution because the problem starts and the guy was burnt the palm tree to witch and the problem became a huge because the fire is beginning inside my home. The demon burnt all things in my home and my friend came to my father and told him if he wants this problem finish, you should bring the guy that was impossible to bring him from his country my father was patient and another friend said take your family and change your house, but my father was optimistic to solve this problem and he called old friend who has experience in this case and he came to our home and asked my father where the last place the demon burnt it. My father showed him the place and he said close the door and no one stay here except him. We waited about forty minutes and he appears and said everything will be fine and when he went the demon came and burnt in the same place that was there.
Iin conclusion, this year was the bad year in my life because I missed all things remembered me in my child and missed my study I failed that year in my study. I lost the best thing in my life that gift from my mother when I got excellent in my school. Now everything is fine and my family built a new house, but in the same place and my father fixed his fault.

JUHA IN THE MALL
Juha was shopping one day and a man approached him from behind and bumped into him accidently. Juha turned and exclaimed very loudly, "why did you do that?" Juha started to complain very obnoxiously in the shopping center, gathering much attention, insisting that the man who had bumped him had done so consciously. people advised Juha to quiet down and take his matters up with a judge of law. so Juha did just this; the man and Juha attended the court and were allowed an immediate hearing to settle their dispute. After Juha expressed his discontent about being bumped and that he felt he had been wronged, pursued an intentional tort, and deserved compensation for the harm done. The judge began to act strangely and without juha's awareness he winked several times at the man being prosecuted. unbeknownst to Juha, he was being dubbed as a fool; the judge had another plan in mind to settle this dispute. He found the man guilty and said he must pay Juha $20 in compensation for the injury. The man replied frantically that he did not have the money for Juha or he would serve a more sever penalty in place of compensation. The man agreed and was dismissed with a final and suspicious wink o approval from the judge. An hour passed and the man had not returned. Two hours then passed, and the man had not returned. Juha had finally caught onto the trick and approached the judge. He slapped him and told him, "if the man comes back, keep the $20. ", "I am going home. "Juha left immediately. The other man who bumped him had never come back.

Saudi restaurant
I believe that opening a Saudi themed restaurant in Carbondale would be a great idea, from a financial and cultural perspective.
It would be successful due to all of Saudi students studying abroad through CESL. They will find comfort in having access to traditional food from back home, as many are homesick. Aside from being on outlet meeting place for Saudi people, the restaurant would be a cultural experience showcasing traditional Saudi foods, like kabsah.
In conclusion, I think opening a Saudi themed restaurant in Carbondale would be a great idea with a lot of upsides.

My Family Business
Back in my country of Saudi Arabia I am a co-founder and co-owner of a restaurant that I share with my brother, Salem. Five yours ago my brother came to me with a business proposition to start a restaurant. He asked for my help to pay for some of the start-up costs and promised to share profits with me. I agreed and we began our 'project'. We opened our restaurant in 2009 in our town, and our restaurant specialized in preparing local dishes. My brother traveled to Yemen to choose the workers for our growing business, to pick-up recipes, and to order ingredients. I oftentimes managed the restaurant myself. Our reputation grew quickly, and we found a need to open more restaurants. Just recently my brother Salem has told me of his plans to open another restaurant in a bigger city. Our project was a success.

My three favorite sports
I like many kinds of sports, but my favorite three are soccer, swimming, and volleyball.
My favorite sport is soccer. This is my favorite sport because I enjoy it the most of the three. When I play it I am very happy. Soccer is very popular worldwide, and wherever I go I can play it.
My second favorite sport is volleyball. This sport is fun because it is a team sport with people close together, and it doesn't require much fitness. Also, it is very easy to play.
My third favorite sport is swimming. When I was a child my father taught me to swim and I liked it. Also, my religion encourages us to swim, and lastly, when you swim you can explore more things in the sea.

Saudi women and The Olympics
In my religion sports are accepted and women can play them, however there are many rules for where, when, and how women play these sports. Due to my religion and culture, it is very hard for Saudi women to participate in the Olympic games. This is very recent issue for my culture and Saudi people still do not accept women competing with men.
My religion has taught us that women should be coveted and protected like diamonds so they must always wear enough clothing to hide away their beauty. Thus, this makes it very difficult for women to participate in athletics with so much clothing.
In conclusion, Saudi women are like diamonds: everyone can see them, but only a select few can touch them.
